New Staff
We
would like to welcome Cameron Walker to our team. He will be working 3 days a week & we
look forward to the fun that he brings & we know the kids love having him

Parent Night
We
would like to invite you to join us for our own “FLOURISH WORLD CUP” special
soccer night on Tuesday August 28th
a from 5pm until 7pm. The children have
been really enjoying the FIFA world cup & playing soccer indoors, so we
thought we would take it to the next level and ask the parents/caregivers to
join in. We will put you into country
groups and have some short games to see who will take out the FLOURISH World
Cup. Sausages & bread with hot chips
will be provided for dinner. Please mark
this date in your dairies now – we really hope you can join us. To help with catering and organisation could
you please RSVP to Sarah by Fri 24th Aug.

It was good to hear from most people & review our service to you. Congratulations
to Vaomapa Fakatou who was the winner
of the $50 prize voucher.
One of
the things that stood out in your survey responses was the invoicing
system. I admit it is not all that easy
to follow & we are working on that.
But for now, here are the basics of how it works. You can log in at https://flourishafterschoolcare.aimyplus.com (save this link for easy
access) to view your invoices, bookings and other details. At this stage it will only show you the
invoices owing & not any credit you may have. They are hoping to upgrade this in the
future. Remember too that payments &
subsidies are made in arrears. If you
have any questions about your invoices please email or ring Ruth. This newsletter (& any other
correspondence) is also available when you log in. There is a little mail icon on the top right
which is your inbox.
Policy Reminders
Each
term we will have one of our policies here in the newsletter as a reminder and
so we can review what our expectations are. This term we have “Communication”. Please make sure you are familiar with this,
as it helps to iron out any mis-understandings and gives us a clear guide of
what to expect. If you have any
suggestions for changes in this policy, please let Ruth know.
